Bookkeeping - We can provide full-charge bookkeeping services either at your place of business or ours. We can come to your site and do the bookkeeping there; processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and any other necessary bookkeeping functions. Or - you can bring your records to us on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis and we will take care of all the details.

Consulting - We will help you learn to read your financial reports and consult with you on a regular basis throughout the year to help you manage your business better. We can also provide QuickBooks setup and training.

Payroll - We will prepare your payroll and payroll tax reporting. We prepare all the required forms on the dates they are due. This includes, but is not limited to 941, 940, State Unemployment and Worker's Compensation (for Wyoming and other states too), W-2s and W-3, 1099s and 1096.

Tax Preparation - We prepare Individual and Business tax returns (Forms 1040EZ, 1040A, 1040 and supporting schedules, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1041 and 990)
